Trade Show Booths & Sponsorships
- All exhibit booths are sold. Additional space may become available.
- Sponsorships without booths are available.
- Contact Chapter Administrator ASAP about participating in event.
- The Trade Show sold out the past two years, and this year sold out within just a few days of the release of this year’s booths and sponsorships.
- Exhibit booths and sponsorships are offered first to NARPM® Affiliate members and then opened to non-members.
- A waiting will be created in case any company withdraws or additional booths and sponsorships are added. Email Chapter Administrator to be added to waiting list.
- Become a sponsor to increase your company’s visibility and drive more traffic to your booth.
- Each sponsorship includes one booth, including the best locations in the trade show.

About sponsorships
- Sponsorships enable companies to increase their visibility and boost traffic to their trade show booths.
- Every sponsorship includes one booth space, including the best locations in the trade show.
- 14 sponsorships are available from $799 to $999 for members. Non-members pay an additional $400.
- Any costs associated with the sponsorships (e.g., booth, food, beverages, raffle prize, etc.) already is included in the sponsorship price.
- Sponsor booths are strategically located to ensure continuous flow of traffic throughout the trade show.

Trade Show Location
Citrus Heights Community Center
The NARPM® Sacramento Property Management Expo will be held inside the recently renovated Mack Powell Event Center. The Trade Show is at the center of actions. Attendees must pass through the Trade Show to attend seminars. Food and beverages are served in the Trade Show Hall throughout the event. To win a raffle prize, attendees must visit Trade Show exhibitors. A lot of planning was done to ensure the Trade Show is a success for everyone.

To Purchase a Sponsorship or Exhibit Space
Choose your booth or sponsorship
- Review the status of booths to avoid selecting one that already has been sold or is located near a business offering similar products or services.
- Be aware that some exhibit spaces are reserved for specific sponsorships.
- Select up to three exhibit spaces in order of preference in case your first choice is not available.
- Booths are sold on a first-come, first-served basis but are subject to approval. NARPM® members will be given preference when necessary.
- NARPM® reserves the right to assign all exhibit spaces and may adjust placement to avoid exhibitors being placed next to a business offering similar products or services.
- If your first choice is not available or will be adjacent to a business offering similar products or services, NARPM® will assign your next choice or the best location available.
Complete the Purchase
- Be sure to complete the purchase with a credit card.
- Exhibit booths or sponsorships will not be reserved without payment in advance.
- NARPM® Sacramento will contact you to confirm your purchase and the location of your exhibit space.
- If you have not been contacted by NARPM® Sacramento within 48 hours, contact Chapter Administrator.
Non-members: Join as an Affiliate member and save $100
- If your company provides products and services for property management companies, you can join NARPM® Sacramento as an Affiliate member.
- Annual membership dues for Affiliate members of the NARPM® Sacramento Area Chapter are $495.
- Join as an Affiliate member and receive $100 off the price of any exhibit booth or sponsorship.

Additional information
About exhibit booths
- Exhibit space size: Each exhibit space is approximately 10 feet wide by 8 feet in depth with 8 feet high back walls and 3 feet high side dividers.
- Included with exhibit booth: Each exhibit space includes draped back and sides, one 6-foot table, two chairs, 8-inch by 14-inch sign with company name, registration for one company representative ($49 for each additional representative), company listing on NARPM® Sacramento website, and company listing in event program.
- Restrictions: Signage, tables, stands and other displays must be within the assigned exhibit space. Signage cannot block or interfere with adjacent exhibit space. NARPM® reserves the right to require your removal of anything that interferes with free flow of attendees or visibility of adjacent exhibitors. No food, drinks, or other items may be distributed or used that may compete with similar benefits of sponsors.
- Staffing: The price of each exhibit space includes the event registration fee for one company representative. Additional company representatives may attend for $49 which includes all food and beverages. Registration information will be sent for additional staff after you have purchased your exhibit booth or sponsorship. Booths must have at least one representative present during the event.
- Non-members: Non-members pay an additional $300 for booths. Joining NARPM® as an Affiliate member to save on the cost of your exhibit space. Non-members are charged an additional $300 for any sponsorship and exhibit space. However, join as an Affiliate member before the event and receive a $100 discount on your exhibit space or sponsorship. The cost of annual Affiliate membership is only $495.
- Wi-Fi and electrical service: Free Wi-Fi service is available. Electrical outlets are located on all walls. If needed, electrical service should be available for every booth. Additional fee may apply. To ensure the safety of attendees, no power cords can extend beyond exhibit booth without prior approval.
- Exhibit space or location subject to change: NARPM® reserves the right to reassign exhibit space to comply with any venue regulations, prevent businesses from being located adjacent to other businesses with competing products and service, adjust for reduction or expansion of the number of exhibit spaces, or other reasons deemed to be important to ensure the success of the event.
- Move-in and move-out: Exhibitors must complete move-in and move-out within the scheduled times. If move-in or move-out extend beyond scheduled times, exhibitor will be responsible for any additional charges by the venue or exhibit services.
- Exhibit services: Sacramento Stage Lighting is providing exhibitor services.
Refund policy
- NARPM® Sacramento will consider requests for refunds on a case-by-case basis.
- Requests must be submitted via email to [email protected]. No verbal requests accepted.
- NARPM® Sacramento reserves the right to reduce any refund when services associated with the booth and/or sponsorship already were provided, including but not limited to publicity.
