Membership for Property Managers

To take full advantage of your NARPM® membership (including discounted registrations for seminars and events), you need to be a member of both NARPM® National and your Local Chapter – the Sacramento Area Chapter of NARPM.

NARPM® National membership for Property Managers

NARPM® Professional members are property managers who have paid the NARPM® National membership dues for this category of membership. The 2024 national membership dues for NARPM® Professional members are $295, but new members receive a discount of $50. Information about national membership can be found at www.narpm.org.

• To renew your NARPM® Professional membership, log into your NARPM® National account at www.narpm.org.
• To become a new NARPM® Professional member, click here to complete the membership application.
• To check on the status of your NARPM® Professional membership, go to the “Members” tab on this website or just click here. Search for your name. If your name does not appear, you need to renew your membership.

Local Chapter membership for Property Managers

Beginning in 2022, the Sacramento Area Chapter of NARPM® began requiring NARPM® Professional to pay Local Chapter dues to support and expand local programs. The current Local Chapter dues are only $50 for the membership year that ends December 31, 2024.

To take full advantage of the local chapter programs, property managers must pay both the Local Chapter dues and the NARPM® National dues for Professional members.  The benefits include free registration for Legal Q&A webinars, free registration for monthly Property Managers Breakfast roundtable discussions, free registration for NARPM® Mixers, free registration at certain educational programs, discounted registration for all of the educational programs and events, and more.

Membership for Affiliate Members (also referred to as vendors)

Businesses that provide products or services to the residential property management industry may join as Affiliate members at local Chapters.  Membership in the NARPM® National organization is optional. The annual dues for Affiliate members of the Sacramento Chapter are $395 for the membership year ending December 31, 2024.

Affiliate membership benefits include:

• Discounted registration to events, including quarterly luncheons and networking mixers, charity bowling tournaments, annual educational conference & trade show.
• Sponsorship opportunities to promote your business.
• Listings on Affiliates page of Chapter website and in Directory of Products & Services for Residential Property Management.
• Opportunity to serve on a NARPM® Chapter committee.
