About the event

  • NARPM® hosts regional breakfast meetings that give property managers a chance to meet in a casual setting with your peers. During the one-hour breakfast meeting, property managers talk about current industry issues and share information. A lot of great information and contacts are exchanged. The breakfasts typically have up to 15 property managers who have found them to be very beneficial.
  • This Property Managers Breakfast is held on the fourth Friday of the month in Midtown Sacramento. If you rent properties or operate your business in Sacramento, Elk Grove, West Sacramento, or a nearby city, please join us at this breakfast.
  • Registration is limited to 15 people, and you must register in advance. No walk-ins please.
  • The breakfast includes regular attendees as well as new faces. If you are attending for the first time, you will be welcomed to the group and encouraged to engage in the conversations about current industry issues, concerns and trends. 
  • This event is open to property managers only, but there is one sponsorship opportunity for a NARPM® Affiliate member.
  • Property Managers Breakfasts also are held in East Sacramento County (Citrus Heights) and Placer County (Granite Bay), and more will be planned to meet the growing demand.

Registration

  • NARPM® Professional property manager members – Free (only pay for any food or beverages ordered). 
  • Property managers without NARPM® membership – Free (only pay for any food or beverages ordered). Non-members may attend once to assess the value of NARPM® membership.
  • Affiliate member sponsorship (limited to one Affiliate member) – $225 The sponsor is the only Affiliate member who may attend this event. If you would like to be a sponsor of a future breakfast, contact the Chapter Administrator. The sponsor has the option to pay the cost of every property manager in attendance. Sponsoring company is subject to approval to ensure a good balance of types of businesses sponsoring this event throughout the year. Contact Chapter Administrator for more details.
