About the event

  • NARPM® hosts regional breakfast meetings each month that give property managers a chance to connect in a casual, conversational setting. Attendees discuss new laws, industry issues, property management challenges, and best practices – and a lot of valuable information is exchanged. 
  • The Property Managers Breakfast in Granite Bay is held on the third Wednesday of the month. It primarily serves property managers with rentals or offices in Placer County (Rocklin, Roseville, Granite Bay, Lincoln, Auburn, or nearby), but property managers from other areas are welcome as well.
  • Both regular attendees and first-timers participate each month. New participants are welcomed and encouraged to join the conversations.  
  • Registration is limited to 12 attendees, and advance registration is required. No walk-ins, please.
  • Property Managers Breakfasts are also held in Citrus Heights and Midtown Sacramento, with additional locations planned as demand grows.
  • Vendors: This event is open to property managers only, but there is one sponsorship opportunity for an Affiliate member. If you are a non-member vendor, considering joining – this sponsorship is consistently rated as one of the best Affiliate member benefits.

  • NARPM® Professional property manager members – Free (pay only for any food or beverages ordered).
  • Non-member property managers – Free (pay only for any food or beverages ordered). Non-members may attend once to assess the value of NARPM® membership.
  • Affiliate sponsorship – $225
    • Affiliate member interested in sponsoring this or another Property Managers Breakfast should contact the Chapter Administrator.
    • Sponsors receive an opportunity to speak briefly at the beginning of the breakfast, distribute marketing brochures, and answer questions about services.
    • Past sponsors consistently report this as one of the most valuable Affiliate marketing opportunities.
  • Vendors who are not NARPM® members:
    • This event is open to only property managers and one Affiliate sponsor.
