Informal breakfast for property managers to discuss issues and share information                                                              .

NARPM has expanded its Property Managers Breakfast program to southern Sacramento County to serve members in Land Park, Pocket, Elk Grove, Galt, and Florin. If you manage properties or have an office in this area, please join your fellow owner/brokers and property managers at this informal, informative breakfast gathering.

Property Managers Breakfasts provide property managers with a place to discuss a wide range of industry issues in a casual, supportive setting. Topics range from new laws and regulations to sharing best practices for managing properties or operating a business.

This event is open to NARPM Professional property manager members only, and there is no registration fee. You only pay for the food and beverages that you order. However, property managers who are prospective NARPM members may attend once at no charge.

The event is not open to Affiliate members (a.k.a. vendors) with the exception of one Affiliate sponsor. We need to keep the size of the group to about 10 to 15 property managers to maintain the small group discussion format.

Registration

Please register in advance to the breakfast organizer to ensure we have sufficient seating. Email rod@keyrealtycenter.

Free for NARPM Professional property manager members. You only pay for the food and drinks you order for breakfast.

Free to non-member property managers considering membership in NARPM. You may attend once at no charge (except for the cost of breakfast) to experience one of the benefits of NARPM membership.

Sorry, this event is not open to NARPM Affiliate members or non-member vendors with the exception of one Affiliate sponsor. If you would like to sponsor the breakfast, contact the NARPM Chapter Administrator.
