Property Managers Breakfast – Elk Grove / South Sacramento

NARPM hosts regional breakfast meetings that give property managers a chance to meet in a casual setting with other property managers. During the one-hour breakfast meeting, property managers talk about current industry issues and share information. The breakfasts typically have 10 to 15 property managers who have found them to be very beneficial, so these events have become one of our most popular programs.

This Property Managers Breakfast will be held in Elk Grove. If you rent properties or operate your business in south Sacramento County (Elk Grove, Florin, Pocket, South Sacramento, downtown Sacramento or nearby), please join us.

The event is free to NARPM Professional (property manager) members. You only pay for any food or beverages you order. Non-member property managers may attend one time for free to see the value of NARPM membership.

Registration is limited to 15 people, and you must register in advance. No walk-ins please.

If you are attending for the first time, you probably will recognize some familiar faces. If not, don’t worry. You will be introduced and included in the conversations about current industry issues, concerns and trends. A lot of great information and contacts are exchanged over coffee, omelets, and tasty pastries.

The atmosphere is casual, friendly and supportive. You can come and go as you please, and sometimes a few of us arrive early or linger past 10:00 am.

This event is open to property managers only, but NARPM Affiliate members may become a sponsor.

Besides Elk Grove, NARPM also hosts Property Managers Breakfasts in Citrus Heights and Rocklin, and more will be planned to meet the growing demand.

NARPM Professional property manager members – Free (only pay for any food or beverages ordered). Please RSVP via email to NARPM Chapter Administrator Jim Lofgren at admin@sacnarpm.org.

Property managers without NARPM membership – Free (only pay for any food or beverages ordered). Non-members may attend once to see the value of NARPM membership. Please RSVP via email to NARPM Chapter Administrator Jim Lofgren at admin@sacnarpm.org.

Affiliate members – Only one Affiliate member may attend as a Sponsor of the breakfast: If you are an Affiliate member and would like to be the exclusive sponsor of a Property Managers Breakfast, contact Jim Lofgren, Chapter Administrator, admin@sacnarpm.org or (916) 909-2348. Sponsors receive an opportunity to speak at the beginning of the breakfast. Contact Chapter Administrator regarding sponsorship of future breakfasts.

Vendors who are not NARPM members – Sorry, you must be a member of NARPM to attend the breakfast as a Sponsor. Consider joining NARPM as an Affiliate member.
