About the event

• NARPM® hosts monthly breakfast meetings in three locations – Citrus Heights, Midtown Sacramento, and Granite Bay – which give property managers a chance to meet in a casual, small group setting with your peers. During the one-hour breakfast meeting, property managers share information about current industry issues, new laws, and best business practices. A lot of great information and contacts are exchanged.
• No registration fee for property managers. Instead, you simply pay for what you order for breakfast. Property managers who are not NARPM® members may attend once to experience one of the benefits of membership.
• The Citrus Heights breakfast is held on the last Wednesday of the month. If you rent properties or operate your business in Sacramento, Citrus Heights, Folsom, Rancho Cordova, Orangevale, Carmichael, Fair Oaks or a nearby city, please join us at this breakfast. However, property managers from any area may attend.
• This event is open to property managers only, but one sponsorship opportunity is available for a NARPM® Affiliate (vendor) member. If the sponsorship is sold, contact the Chapter Administrator regarding future breakfasts.

Registration (limited to 15 property managers)

NARPM® Professional property manager members – Free (just pay for your breakfast order)

Property managers without NARPM® membership – Free (just pay for your breakfast order). Attendance for this event is a benefit of membership. Non-members may attend once at no charge (except cost of breakfast) to evaluate one of the benefits of NARPM® membership.

Affiliate member sponsorship (limited to one Affiliate member) – $225 SOLD The sponsor is the only Affiliate member who may attend this event. If you would like to be a sponsor of a future breakfast, contact the Chapter Administrator. The sponsor has the option to pay the cost of every property manager in attendance. Sponsoring company is subject to approval to ensure a good balance of types of businesses sponsoring this event throughout the year. Contact Chapter Administrator for more details.
