Slogan and Theme: Passport to Success
To create a festive environment, a slogan and theme is incorporated into the Expo. The slogan for this year’s event is Passport to Success with a world travel theme. Exhibitors are encouraged to decorate booths in this theme.
Exhibit Space
Due to limited exhibit space, a lottery was held on July 15 to assign the order in which companies may select a booth in the trade show. Every NARPM® Sacramento Affiliate member was included in lottery regardless of their interest in participating in the trade show. The results of the lottery are below. If your company is not on the list, contact Chapter Administrator to inquire about the status of your membership.
Exhibit space sales will begin once the Exhibitor and Sponsorship Packet has been posted to this website and emailed to all Affiliate members. Companies will be contacted by the NARPM® Chapter Administrator according to their lottery order to assign exhibit space.
Any exhibit space available after NARPM® Sacramento Affiliate members have selected their exhibit space will be available to new Affiliate members and non-members (higher non-member prices apply).
Sponsorships Available
Several sponsorships are available. Sponsors have priority in the selection of exhibit space regardless of their position in the lottery results. Many sponsorships have designated premium exhibit space. Contact Chapter Administrator for more information about sponsorships.
Exhibitor and Sponsorship Packet Available By July 21
The Exhibitor and Sponsorship Packet will be emailed to all Affiliate members and posted on this website. Sales will begin at that time. We currently are negotiating the expenses for this event so that we can keep the cost of exhibit space and sponsorships as low as possible. Packets should be ready by Tuesday, July 21
Seminar Speakers
Seminar topics and speakers are being considered at this time, and the education conference program will be posted soon. If you are interested in being a speaker at the conference, please contact Chapter Administrator immediately.

Results of Exhibit Space Lottery
Once exhibit space and sponsorships sales begin, companies will be contacted in order of the following lottery results. Not every company on the list will participate in the trade show, so do not be discouraged by your company’s position. We do our best to ensure every company is able to participate. If concerned, consider becoming a sponsor. Sponsors receive priority for exhibit space regardless of the order, and most premium exhibit spaces are reserved for sponsors.
