Residential Property Management Expo 2025
The Residential Property Management Expo is the largest residential property management conference and trade show in the Sacramento region.
The event features nine educational seminars, a trade show with over 40 exhibitors, and 250+ attendees are expected for 2025.
Trade show set up date: Tuesday afternoon, September 23
Education conference and trade show: Wednesday, September 24
Lottery for limited exhibit spaces and sponsorships
A lottery will be held to set the order of selection of exhibit space and sponsorships. The tentative date of the lottery is July 1. Only current or new Affiliate members may participate in the lottery. Following the lottery, any remaining exhibit space and sponsorships will be sold on a first come first serve basis. Last year’s trade show sold out in 72 hours. Your 2025 Affiliate membership dues must be paid to be eligible for the lottery.
Now accepting submissions for seminar topics and presenters for the nine 1-hour seminars held during the event Submit to Chapter Administrator at admin@sacnarpm.org.
Stay tuned for details on registration, exhibit space, and sponsorships. NARPM® Affiliate members receive preference on exhibit space and the trade show sell outs every year.
