Join us at this new networking mixer. It’s an entertaining and interactive nine-hole putting tournament with a Hole-in-One contest, plus drinks, appetizers, and raffle prizes.

We reserved a putting green at Haggin Oaks Golf Course which will be converted into a private nine-hole putting course.

Teams of four golfers will compete for 1st place. We encourage each team to be a mix of property managers and vendors (Affiliate members).

We intend to have fun, so you don’t need to be a good golfer. The tournament is a “best ball scramble” which means everyone on your team putts, then selects the best shot, and everyone play their ball from that location. This format emphasizes teamwork and a more inclusive and fun atmosphere.

A full-service bar and food station with appetizers will be next to the putting green. Everyone receives one drink ticket good for beer, wine or cocktail. Water and soda also available.

Team and individual awards plus raffle prizes will be presented at the end of the event.

Tournament limited to 18 teams. You don’t need the names of all your golfers to purchase a sponsorship or team. Just be sure to provide the names of your players by June 6.

If your budget is limited, you can purchase a 2-person team and be assigned to another 2-person team to create a foursome.

Bring your own putter or borrow one. A limited number of rental putters will be available at the course.

Property managers who would like to join a team can register at no charge to be on potential player list. The list will be distributed to Affiliate (vendor) members who can choose property managers to invite to play on their team. No guarantee of placement on team.

Attention: Affiliate members: Be sure your 2025 Affiliate dues are paid. If your membership expired, you will need to pay $200 non-member fee. Contact Chapter Administrator if you have any questions.
