The Legal Q&A is a new service for NARPM members. During these one-hour online sessions an attorney will provide an overview on current property management issues, especially new laws, and then answer your questions. Sid Rosenberg

Sid Rosenberg was raised in Brooklyn, New York, and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Florida where was conferred an Associate of Arts degree in 1978 and a Bachelor of Science degree in 1980. He graduated from Lincoln Law School and received his Juris Doctorate degree in 1985. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the California Bar Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, and the Consumer Attorneys of California. Rosenberg is licensed to practice before all courts of the State of California as well as the Federal Courts for the Eastern, Northern and Central Districts of California.

Rosenberg has developed a general civil litigation practice which focuses upon the areas of real property, landlord-tenant law and business litigation. He was a partner of Rosenberg and Link from 1987 until this past year when he formed his own firm following the appointment of his partner, Gary Link, as a Commissioner for the Sacramento Superior Court.

Rosenberg has served both as a mediator and arbitrator in matters submitted for alternative dispute resolution. He has successfully litigated numerous trials and is a formidable presence in the courtroom.
