Calvin Clements is a Partner in the Sacramento office of Kimball, Tirey & St. John LLP. Calvin has a B.A. in Journalism from Cal Poly Humboldt and a law degree from McGeorge School of Law. His areas of practice include fair housing, residential and commercial landlord/tenant law, small claims case preparation, post foreclosure evictions, subsidized housing, and manufactured/mobile home residency law. He is a former commercial property manager and a frequent speaker on legal topics.

FREE for property managers who have paid both the local chapter ($50) and national NARPM® dues

$10 for property managers who have not paid both the local chapter and national NARPM® dues

$10 for others (administrative staff, Affiliate members, etc.)

Membership:

Free registration to all Legal Q&A is a member benefit. To receive this benefit, you must be a property manager and have paid BOTH the local chapter dues for property managers ($50 for 2023) and the NARPM® National dues for Professional members ($295 for renewing members and $245 for new members).
