Puneet Singh
Managing Partner and Founder

Award-winning real estate lawyer Puneet Singh, founding partner of the PKS Law Group, received her Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco School of Law and was admitted to the State and Federal Bars in 2001. She served as managing partner of the Northern California offices of a statewide law firm for over a decade, where she counseled the largest property management firms in the nation as well as individual investors. Ms. Singh has extensive knowledge of fair housing, post foreclosure evictions and property management, as well as unlawful detainer law (evictions) and litigation.
Ms. Singh conducts seminars for municipalities, property management firms and professional organizations nationwide. She appeared on a radio talk show and has authored numerous articles on real estate topics. Her civic involvement includes serving as a future leader of the California Mortgage Banking Association and legal advisor to the Board of Directors for the Rental Housing Association of Sacramento Valley. She was also a director for the Affordable Housing Management Association of Northern California. Ms. Singh is the recipient of numerous honors and awards.
