During this Lunch & Learn, a panel of local property managers will offer their candid assessment and useful tips for several software applications designed to streamline your rental operations. Here is your chance to hear the pros and cons of property management software from industry professionals based on their personal experience with each application, not salespeople just trying to sell their products.
This program is not a product demonstration. Instead, the panel delves into software applications that integrate with common property management systems (e.g., AppFolio, Propertyware, etc.) to improve your office management and automate redundant rental processes, such as leasing and tenant screening. Software reviews will include ShowMojo, Tenant Turner, Lead Simple, Hubspot, and several others. The property managers will discuss their experiences using the software, explain why they may have chosen one over another, and answer questions from the audience.
As an added bonus, attendees will receive a list of software that might improve your property management operations, including several not discussed by the panel. Even if you already use one or more of the software, you likely will pick up some great tips to implement. The quality of information to be shared definitely makes this program worth attending.

Josh is the Co-Founder and Co-Broker at Eagle Property Management with over 15 years of experience in the residential property management industry. He earned a degree in Business Finance and Insurance from CSU Sacramento.
Brandan Nordell, Operations Manager, Real Property Management Select
Brandon is the Operations Manager for Real Property Management Select with over 20 years of experience in residential property management, vacation rentals, and flipping homes. He studied psychology at San Diego State University.

Bob Thomas, Owner/Broker of KTB Enterprises, boasts nearly 35 years of industry expertise. Throughout his career, he has adeptly nurtured and expanded multiple real estate and property management ventures. His dedication to advancing the local property management/real estate sector is evident through his active engagement in leadership roles and industry committees.
